What counts as a person
A person is anyone who receives at least one of your organization's announcements in a calendar month, counted once however many announcements they get. If an organization on Pro goes over 100, we show a notice and give 14 days to move to Pro+. Announcements already sent are never interrupted.
Yearly billing
A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price, two months less than paying monthly.
How payment works
You upgrade from inside Acknowledged in Teams, which opens a secure checkout on this website. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax and VAT and sends your invoices. Cancel any time; see our refund policy and terms.
