14-day refund
If you are not happy with a payment for Acknowledged, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. This applies to first payments and renewals, monthly or yearly.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or use paddle.net. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, refunds the original payment method; the money usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
The refunded subscription is canceled and your organization returns to the Free plan.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
